- Scope of policy application
Due to the hygiene and special nature of pet supplies (such as food, personal items, etc.), we currently do not support any form of returns or refunds, including but not limited to:
Unopened or used goods;
Customized products (such as engraved name collars, customized pet portraits, etc.);
Special offer promotion goods - Exceptional circumstances
If there is any problem with the goods you receive, please contact customer service (gunuous@advspets.com) within 48 hours after receiving and provide evidence (such as photos/videos), we will negotiate a solution for you:
Severe damage caused by transportation;
The product is seriously inconsistent with the description.
The goods have not been received (logistics proof is required). - After-sales handling process
Contact customer service: Send an email to gunuous@advspets.com with the subject line “After-sales Application + Order Number”;
Provide proof: Attach the order information and problem proof (such as photos of product defects);
Negotiation and resolution: We will verify and provide feedback (such as reissue, partial compensation, etc.) within three working days. - Precautions
The return and exchange freight charges shall be borne by the buyer (if applicable).
Malicious claims will be subject to legal liability.
This policy does not apply to return or exchange requests due to the buyer’s subjective reasons (such as dislike, incompatibility with the pet, etc.).
